Calvin Klein, the legendary US-based fashion house, has unveiled its latest resortwear 2014 collection at a spectacular catwalk show in New York.

 

Calvin Klein, the legendary US-based fashion house, has unveiled its latest resortwear 2014 collection at a spectacular catwalk show in New York.#

Designed by Francisco Costa, the Women’s Creative Director of Calvin Klein Collection, the line is partly inspired from the famous American photographer Irving Penn’s picture book ‘Small Trades’ as well as veteran artist Ellsworth Kelly’s colourful studio.

Meant specifically for the young sophisticated urban women, the metal buckle and zipper accentuated ensembles of the cruise range are made of luxurious materials like silk, crepe, suede, ostrich and nubuck.

Based on a neutral color palette of white and brown with occasional splashes of deep blue and fern, the line includes wraparound skirts, straight cut pants, crop tops, long coats and short neck blouses.
