Prada opens new menswear store in Seoul

Prada opens a new store in Seoul, South Korea, inside the Hyundai Coex department store. Designed by architect Roberto Baciocchi, the boutique of approximately 190 square meters on one level is entirely dedicated to men’s ready-to-wear, footwear, bags and accessories.

The storefront, inside the mall, is made of brown Saint Laurent marble and the store's entrance, windows and light boxes - embellished by polished steel profiles - are arranged in a unique geometry of full and empty volumes.

The store is characterized by precious displays and counters in crystal and palladium metal, along with ebony wood floors and walls. The atmosphere recalls that of a typical men’s wardrobe with light cotto coloured sofas and chocolate coloured carpet.
